INVESTING IN THE KING'S THRONE

People spend an immense amount of time, energy, and thought chasing earthly investments—stocks, real estate, and digital assets—all to secure a safe future. Yet no matter how vast these earthly assets grow, they remain entirely temporary and vulnerable to the shifting tides of the times. Christ does not forbid us from managing our resources wisely, but He warns us against anchoring our hearts to things that fade away. Through Matthew 6:20, Jesus invites us to make investments of eternal value right at the throne of His Kingdom. Heavenly investment is not about hoarding religious materials, but about dedicating our lives, time, love, and resources to God's work and the good of our neighbors. When we give freely, serve sincerely, and live in obedience, we are channeling wealth untouched by worldly inflation, moths, or rust. Practically speaking, investing in the King's throne begins with daily micro-decisions. It means choosing to forgive instead of holding a grudge, using our income to be a blessing, and placing our full hope in God's provision rather than material wealth. Let us shift our focus from merely surviving in this world toward living fruitful lives for eternity. Every single thing we possess right now is simply a loan from the King of kings. Do not let your heart cling to a passing world, but fix your eyes firmly on His holy throne. The investments we plant in prayer, love, and faithfulness will never go to waste before Him. When we finally stand before the King, our greatest asset will be our obedience and the lives reached by His love. Stay faithful in sowing seeds of eternity every step of your journey today.

Ready to embark on another faith journey with God's Word in the new cycle?

To ensure your quiet time and Bible reading bring maximum spiritual growth, apply these 4 simple steps:

1. Start with Prayer: Before reading, take 1 minute to pray. Ask the Holy Spirit to soften your heart and open your mind to receive God's message today.
2. Give Your Prime Time: The best time is usually in the early morning before work, or at night before bed. Avoid rushed reading.
3. Reflect & Personalize: Do not just skim. Ask yourself: "What correction, comfort, or command does God want me to obey today through this passage?"
4. Put It into Action: God's Word comes alive when practiced. Choose one small reflection point today and apply it in your words, thoughts, or deeds.

Unsure what to write in your reflection column? Follow this simple T.H.E.O framework:

• T (Text / Key Verse): Write down 1 sentence or verse from today's reading that touches or challenges you most.
• H (Heart Check / Condition): Examine and write down how your heart responds after reading the scripture.
• E (Execution / Action): Write a concrete action you will take today in obedience to the Word.
• O (Offering Prayer / Surrender): Write a short prayer dedicating your efforts and asking for the Holy Spirit's strength.
