JEHOVAH RAPHA THE LORD HEALER

Passage: "And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee." – Exodus 15:26

JEHOVAH RAPHA THE LORD HEALER

Have you ever felt wounded—physically, emotionally, or spiritually—to the point where recovery seemed impossible? In times of deep weariness and heartache, we often search for healing in the wrong places. Yet, in the wilderness of Marah, where the waters were bitter, God revealed one of His most beautiful names: Yahweh Rapha, meaning "I am the LORD that healeth thee."

In Exodus 15:26, God’s promise of restoration does not merely focus on physical healing, but on the holistic restoration of man's relationship with the Creator. The name 'Rapha' carries the meaning of restoring, repairing, and making whole what was broken. God emphasizes that obedience in listening to His voice and walking in His will is the key to a restored life.
