EASTER SUNDAY - THE POWER OF THE RESURRECTION

Happy Easter! He is alive! The stone has been rolled away, and the tomb is empty! All the chains of death and the powers of darkness proved utterly incapable of holding the King of kings. The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is the foundation and the apex of the entire Christian faith. Without the event of Easter, the preaching of the Gospel is in vain, our faith is in vain, and we are of all people most to be pitied. Christ's resurrection is not merely a historical record of the past; it is a spiritual reality proving that He holds absolute authority over life and death. Through His resurrection, a blazing hope radiates: if even death bows its knee at His feet, then not a single problem in this world is too impossible for Him. We have been granted the guarantee of eternal life; death is no longer a final period, but a gateway into glory. The resurrection of Christ guarantees that the 'tombs' in your life—whether they are dashed dreams, deadened passions, or shattered marriages—can be brought back to life by the power of the Holy Spirit. Because Christ lives, you no longer deserve to live your days like a defeated person. Live in the victory He has proclaimed. Stop bowing your head in sorrow and regret. Celebrate His resurrection with overflowing joy! Because He lives, there is a glorious tomorrow. Let us beam the light of His resurrection to a world groaning in despair. God bless you!

Ready to embark on another faith journey with God's Word in the new cycle?

To ensure your quiet time and Bible reading bring maximum spiritual growth, apply these 4 simple steps:

1. Start with Prayer: Before reading, take 1 minute to pray. Ask the Holy Spirit to soften your heart and open your mind to receive God's message today.
2. Give Your Prime Time: The best time is usually in the early morning before work, or at night before bed. Avoid rushed reading.
3. Reflect & Personalize: Do not just skim. Ask yourself: "What correction, comfort, or command does God want me to obey today through this passage?"
4. Put It into Action: God's Word comes alive when practiced. Choose one small reflection point today and apply it in your words, thoughts, or deeds.

Unsure what to write in your reflection column? Follow this simple T.H.E.O framework:

• T (Text / Key Verse): Write down 1 sentence or verse from today's reading that touches or challenges you most.
• H (Heart Check / Condition): Examine and write down how your heart responds after reading the scripture.
• E (Execution / Action): Write a concrete action you will take today in obedience to the Word.
• O (Offering Prayer / Surrender): Write a short prayer dedicating your efforts and asking for the Holy Spirit's strength.
