WAITING CORRECTLY
For most people, waiting is the most emotionally exhausting and tedious task imaginable. Whether it is waiting for a life partner, a job offer, the miracle of healing, or simply watching God's promises unfold in our lives, the waiting room tests our endurance. Unfortunately, while waiting, we often slip into passivity, lose our passion, or even begin grumbling against God. Yet, from a spiritual perspective, waiting on God is never an empty void. It is a season of preparation. Think of a farmer waiting for harvest; he does not just sit idly by. Instead, he actively pulls weeds, applies fertilizer, and guards his fields with diligence, working while he waits. If God has not answered your prayer today, it does not mean He has forgotten you; He is shaping your capacity and character so you are truly ready when the blessing arrives. Use this waiting season to evaluate and fix your focus not just on 'when' God will answer, but on 'what' you can do for Him in the meantime.
