THE PROFOUND MEANING OF THE INCARNATION
Have you ever paused to consider deeply why the Creator of the universe had to humble Himself and descend into this world in the fragile form of a human being? Jesus' arrival on earth was not a random event, but a divine mission perfectly designed from eternity. The primary purpose of His presence was to fulfill God's covenantal faithfulness promised by the prophets throughout the Old Testament. Yet, beyond that, He came for a redemptive mission requiring the ultimate sacrifice. Christ's presence is the clearest demonstration of God's love, aimed at bringing forgiveness and granting salvation to humanity bound by sin. From a lowly manger to a brutal cross, Christ radiates the spiritual reality of humility, simplicity, and selfless sacrifice that worldly logic can never comprehend. The salvation we receive is not the result of our accumulated good works, but purely God's grace manifested through Christ's coming to pay our debt of sin. The values of humility and Christ's sacrifice will always be considered 'foolishness' by those living in worldly wisdom. Only the Spirit of God can open the eyes of our hearts to grasp the majesty of His love. Let us respond to this immense grace with a right attitude of heart, live out His example, practice humility in our daily lives, and share this message of salvation with those still living in darkness.
