THE STRENGTH OF TRUE PARTNERSHIP
God never designed a family relationship or marriage to be a competitive arena to prove who is the most exhausted worker, who has sacrificed the most, or whose opinion is always right. A solid relationship requires the full awareness that we are placed together to be a solid team in facing the waves of life.
Today's Bible Reference:
'Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one can lift up his companion...' â Ecclesiastes 4:9-10a
Today's Reflection Points:
- Walking as a Team: Husbands, wives, or family members are co-laborers designed to complement one another. True victory is only achieved when all parties walk side by side in harmony.
- Sustaining One Another in Weakness: When one party is experiencing mental fatigue or falls into error, our duty is to embrace and rebuild them, not to judge them.
Let us use this weekend to rebuild communication that may have drifted due to the busyness of work. Sit down together, listen to the grievances of your spouse or family, and commit to sustaining one another for the sake of mutual wholeness. -TPC
